Research Reports

Our research activities—forming the foundation of surveys, educational material development, and lectures—are conducted in collaboration with domestic and international institutions and research networks, building upon accumulated achievements to date.

Healthcare, elder care, and health services are domains that relate to every individual throughout the human life cycle.

As SDGs initiatives are promoted both domestically and internationally, and across public and private sectors, knowledge of service innovation grounded in social sustainability has become increasingly essential in these fields.

Such knowledge requires a perspective that connects human well-being with facilities, local communities, and urban development.

Based on the following research track record, we continue to advance future-oriented research activities.

 Research Track Record

  1. Research on Service Innovation (since 2004)

  2. Research and activities on Social Sustainability (since 2015)

  3. Research on Smart Cities, Tourism, and Infrastructure (since 2016)

  4. Cultural and academic exchange activities with Europe, particularly the Adriatic coastal region (since 2015)

We actively seek collaborative research opportunities, joint publications, and co-designed field studies related to aging societies, sustainable service ecosystems, and digital transformation in care systems.
